Recently, the water fee collection inspection team and inspection team composed of the water company cooperated with the Operation Management Department of the Group Company to check the water fee collection and water meter use of large urban water users.
In the process of verification, the collection of major water users was checked by checking the relevant records of the water charge recharge system, the charge registration account, the bill issuing system, the charge point filing account, and on-site visits and queries.
First, further prevent and eliminate the occurrence of "hitchhiking", "white stripe", misappropriation, financial support, withholding water fees and other violations in the process of water fee collection;
Second, check whether the bills are complete, whether the data are accurate, whether the standing book is complete and standardized, whether there is concealment, omission of charging points, "human favor", "face saving";
The third is to find out and analyze the causes of water bill arrears, find ways to solve the problem of water bill arrears, suit the remedy to the case, accurately implement the policy, increase the efforts to collect arrears, and strive to collect all receivables;

Fourth, firmly grasp the leakage of water supply pipe network, and reduce the phenomenon of "running, emitting, dripping and leaking" to the Z low limit;
Fifthly, fundamentally plug management loopholes, constantly summarize experience, find out deficiencies, constantly adjust ideas, innovate methods, supplement weaknesses, and solidly promote standardized collection of water fees;
Sixth, strengthen the sense of responsibility and service of toll collectors at the front line, implement the idea that water fee collection is a "bull nose" and a key move to promote the long-term operation of water supply projects in mind, and implement the company's six word policy of "providing good water and collecting good fees".
The implementation of the water fee collection and verification work summarized the experience, found the gaps and deficiencies, optimized the overdue payment method, supplemented the management weaknesses, and played a positive role in promoting the institutionalization and standardization of the next step of water supply management and promoting the company's management and economic benefits.
