1. No ventilation after using the intelligent gas meter.
There are many reasons for this problem. First, check whether the pipe is ventilated or the connecting pipe is bent. If the pipe ventilation is normal, observe whether the air volume displayed on the display screen is zero. If it is zero, it means that natural gas needs to be purchased. In addition, if the electrical appliances of the smart gas meter are exhausted, there will be no ventilation.
2. The abnormal valve is closed.
At this time, it is necessary to check whether there is strong magnetic interference near the gas meter. After the strong magnetic interference is eliminated, the user card can be inserted to restore ventilation.
3. Overcurrent closing valve
If the valve is accidentally closed due to overcurrent, it means that the operating environment is abnormal, which is the normal protective valve closing of the intelligent gas meter. If the over-current cut-off valve occurs frequently, it means that the intelligent gas meter has a fault and you need to contact the gas company.
4. Smart gas meter does not read card.
This is a common situation. There are three solutions. First, clean the dirt on the surface of the user card, and then insert the card again. 2、 When inserting the card, pay attention to whether the direction is correct and whether the card is in place.
